Most SGT's or SSG's would help him, since he was deployed and otherwise a good soldier: they rather that he gets out and possibly comes back than to loose him forever.When a situation occurred, SSG Oravsky has done the same for me. As to the SGT shooting 5; there will be at least 7 victims (the SGT plus 5 dead plus a Scapegoat  = 7 persons).

The sucker list is usually as follows:

1) Reservists (remember that they do not know the Gov well enough and two of them last time sh"t hit the fan accepted the initial deal from JAG just to find out that the JAG did deceive them);

2) National Guard (in spite of that they have been used as an EID fodder and sent back one year later before they would pick up too many new people; too many amongst them have worked for the Man/Gov for too long to trust it farther than they can throw it; it will be difficult to sucker them, but it is rather easy to frame them);

3) Active Duty Joes: they could not have been the reason, but with a greatest effort, they may be forced with a proverbial gun to their temple to take at least some blame;

4) Lt. -- Lt. thinks that he or she is the Man/Gov; this makes them less likely to lookout for an ambush from above, and they make let the Man stub them in the back.

As to the so-called B^ddy F^^ing; as you can see, the example comes from the highest levels of the US gov, above the military.

In this very case, as in the case of the killing of 16. year--old based on the (my personal view) false Hadith (based on Torah: when Caliph 'Umar was not allowed to insert that law into the traditionally 2nd part of the Honorable Qur'an, he and those who supported it made certain that it would make its way into the Hadith. Again, my personal view, anything that has anything to do with Caliph 'Umar should be considered as de facto false! He was the Original Fanatic. The US Supreme Court has allowed killing of anyone who is over 15. years old.

The US law enforcement is allowed and does obtain evidance through the means of deception, and the evidance is upheld by the US Courts at every level from the municipal courts through the county and state all the way to the Supreme Court.

I did not sign my name at all!  I did drop off only one letter today and only at the inside of the Elizabeth main post office, NJ, 07201/07202/07207. Topic: Mail Fraud Perfected!
I do give my mail always directly to the postal clerk (even today morning); but my wife's daughter was supposed to drop off some mail about 4 pm.
I did get her to the main post office and did place her as far away from the outdoor mailboxes as possible, but I do believe that she ran either outside or through the post office just to drop her "time sensitive" mail into the outdoor mail box.
