No high ground for the US Law Enforcement, nor Legal System!

In this very case, as in the case of the killing of 16. year--old based on the (my personal view) false Hadith (based on Torah: when Caliph 'Umar was not allowed to insert that law into the traditionally 2nd part of the Honorable Qur'an, he and those who supported it made certain that it would make its way into the Hadith. Again, my personal view, anything that has anything to do with Caliph 'Umar should be considered as de facto false! He was the Original Fanatic. This is why the Final Prophet was final; the day of a prophet dies people within the establishment start altering or attempting to alter his/her message), USA cannot hold an upper ground.
The US Supreme Court has allowed killing of anyone who is over 15. years old.
The same applies to the very case as described in the above--post link!
The US law enforcement is allowed and does obtain evidance through the means of deception, and the evidance is upheld by the US Courts at every level from the municipal courts through the county and state all the way to the Supreme Court.

A word to the wise; never ever mention sedition to the Infantry or you will see an entire platoon for a month or two perform 'Jane Fonda's' as it did happen with my original and final platoon, AT, at HHC (OPFOR) 1-4 INF REG JMRC Hohenfels.
Mr. SGT Davis made certain that the number of regs will keep on growing! Since, the "Joes" are not allowed to transport the US Army's weapons inside of their privatley owned vehicles, he did for a short while transport them on top of his pickup truck!
